Hali Neto (1991) is an Angolan-Dutch actor, mime artist, and theatre maker. He graduated in 2018 from the Mime Department at the Amsterdam University of the Arts.

Driven by curiosity and a primal creative energy, Hali approaches the world with a playful and inquisitive eye. His work explores the human experience through physical performance, creating visually striking and emotionally resonant theatre. His performances are distinguished by powerful visual storytelling, precise timing, physical comedy, and recurring themes of inner conflict, freedom, and authenticity.
